01 · NAME

HackerRank Campus Crew – UNISA

Officially: HackerRank Campus Crew – University of South Africa (UNISA). A student-led tech club dedicated to coding excellence.

02 · MEMBERSHIP

Who Can Join

  • All registered UNISA students
  • Must attend ≥ 50% of meetings per semester
  • Register with the club — membership is free
  • Active participation is strongly encouraged
03 · STRUCTURE

Executive Committee

  • President — leads & coordinates with UNISA SRC
  • Vice-President — member engagement support
  • Secretary — records & communications
  • Treasurer — manages club resources
  • Event Coordinator — plans all club events
04 · MEETINGS

How We Gather

  • General meetings at least once monthly
  • Special coding sessions scheduled as needed
  • Quorum: 50% of active members required
  • All decisions documented by the Secretary
05 · VOTING

Decision Making

  • Simple majority vote for general decisions
  • Executive vote required for financial decisions
  • Constitutional amendments require 2/3 majority
  • Any member may propose amendments
06 · DISSOLUTION

If We Ever Part Ways

In the event of dissolution, all remaining club resources shall be donated to a UNISA-recognized tech or coding initiative.
